Delivery

01What it costs

• Free next-day delivery on UK orders of £49.99 and over.
• Below that, standard UK delivery is charged at checkout before you pay. You will always see the exact figure before you confirm anything.
• We do not add handling fees, packaging fees or a surcharge at the end. The price at checkout is the price.

02When it arrives

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders after that, or at a weekend or bank holiday, go out on the next working day.

• UK mainland: next working day once dispatched.
• Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands: usually two working days, occasionally three.

You will get a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves us.

If we do not deliver within 30 days, or within any longer period we have agreed with you, you can cancel and get a full refund. That is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and nothing here changes it.

03If something goes wrong

The parcel is our responsibility until it reaches you. If it arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, tell us at [support@anubys.co.uk] and we will replace it or refund you. We deal with the courier, not you.

Please check the delivery address before you confirm the order. Where a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available across the courier’s attempts, we will refund the order in full but cannot refund the outward delivery cost.

04Where we ship

The United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. We are not currently shipping outside the UK. If you are somewhere else and want our gear, email us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

05Returns

Sixty days to change your mind, and free size exchanges both ways. The full terms, including what the free postage does and does not cover, are on the returns, exchanges and warranty page.
